Electoral Literacy Club

• Students of classes IX and X can opt for the Electoral club.It is a platform to sensitize the students about the electoral rights and familiarise them with the electoral process of registration and voting.Various intresting activities are performed under this club to provide a hands on experience to the students. Students participate and witness school council elections conducted in a manner similar to the elections in the country. The process includes filing of nominations by candidates and chosing their logos , reading manifesto and casting of votes followed by marking of voters` fingers and counting of votes from ballot boxes. Accordingly, the school council members are appointed.
